For males:
舞勺之年 = 13-14 years old
舞象之年 = 15 years old
弱冠之年 = 20 years old
三十而立 = 30 years old (Shen Hexuan's age in chapter 27)
四十不惑/不惑之年 = 40 years old (Feng Jianping's age in chapter 5)
古稀之年 = 70 years old
For females, they're totally different. The texts used were even more beautiful.
